Job Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, Troubleshoot, and Resolve Technical Issues
- Monitor Client Servers, Applications, and Network Devices
- Troubleshoot Line of Business Applications
- Provide Remote Technical Support to End Users
- Document Work in Service Tickets Until Completion
- Provide Excellent Customer Service to End Users
- Create, Update, and Maintain Client Documentation

- Windows Server 2008, 2012
- Network protocols: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
- Exchange 2010, 2013
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Office 365 Management
- Anti-virus Software Configuration
- Spam Filter Setup, Maintenance, Troubleshooting
- Web Filtering Applications
- VMware ESXi 5.5, 6.0
- Remote administration concepts and tools
- Desktop/laptop and network troubleshooting skills
- Exceptional Troubleshooting Skills & Time Management
- Experience troubleshooting business office applications
Professional Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree (Computer Science)
- At Least 3 Years of Proven Experience
- Experience working in different networks
Certifications Preferred (Not Required, Bonus)
- Comptia A+
- Comptia Network+
- Microsoft Certified System Administrator or Expert (MCSA or MCSE)
- Microsoft Certified System Expert (MCSE)
- Cisco Certified Network Associate or Professional (CCNA or CCNP)
